3 Production Process

Scrolling → Uncoiling → straightening → leveling → shear and cross welding→ horizontal screw accumulator → roller forming → squeezing high-frequency welding →  outer deburr → air cooling → water cooling → sizing and shaping → eddy current test → thick straightening → flying saw → output runway → seven roller straightening → runway → material reverse → rack → head flattening → runway → material reverse →  automatic packing → storage
